Choice of Doctors:
Over the years, we’ve heard from many clients who were frustrated by not being able to see the same doctor at each visit. We at Country Club Animal Clinic listened! For scheduled visits, surgery or dental procedures, we will make every effort to schedule you with your doctor of choice! (Just ask. In fact, if you prefer a specific assistant during your visit, we can usually accommodate this as well.) If your patient has an emergency, or your first choice of veterinarian can’t see you at a given time, we’ll offer you the first available appointment.
Our office is fully computerized which allows us to efficiently schedule appointments for you and your pet. Our team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. We are open for scheduled appointments Monday 8am – 6pm, Tuesday through Friday 8am – 5pm, and Saturdays 9am – 2pm.
Emergency Veterinary Care:
Available during our regular business hours, for our valued clients and for new clients as scheduling permits. After hours and on holidays, contact Valley Animal Medical Center in Indio at 760-342-4711. If you prefer a specialist, California Veterinary Specialists has an office in Ontario: 909-947-3600.
At Country Club Animal Clinic, we pride ourselves on keeping clear, complete records of everything that transpires during your visit. We will gladly provide you with a copy of your medical record on request, including lab test results and x-rays generated on the premises. All written records are available on this website through ePetHealth or VetVisions, within 72 hours of completion. At this time, images are not able to be transferred this way, but we can give you a CD copy of your x-rays.
Types of Pets Seen:
Country Club Animal Clinic’s services are limited to dogs and cats at this time.
Country Club Animal Clinic accepts payment via cash, debit card (with proper ID), MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. However, after your first visit we offer the convenient option of maintaining a stored credit or debit card on file (only the computer has the number, no human can see beyond the last 4 digits), which can be automatically charged at future visits.
What If None Of These Options Are Available?
*If none of these options are available to you, we also accept Care Credit, a medically-oriented revolving credit line that gives you a choice between “90 days same as cash” or convenient extended payment plans. You can easily apply online: http://carecredit.com/
We provide cost estimates for all surgeries and are happy to do so for even the simplest workup on request. Please feel free to discuss costs with the doctor.
